The preparation of a project and an investment is long and demanding. The financed project must satisfy the criteria of our investment goals and we will set our investment strategy according to its stage of development. After identifying the baseline conditions of the project and its needs, the partners will discuss the conditions for entry of an investor and cooperation. This kicks off the investment process, which culminates in the signing of transaction documentation and the investor's entry into the company.
