The global finals of the Startup Awards took place in Gangsha, China and it was attended also by the Innovations and Technologies Fund which was the only representative of the Slovak venture capital ecosystem to be invited to this event. The aim was to establish international collaboration in the startup community, as well as between potential Chinese investors and entrepreneurs who are interested in Central European startups.

Technology Predictions 2019

The representative of the Innovations and Technologies Fund took part in an event organized in Warsaw by one of the leading global investment banks - GP Bullhound. At this event they present annual predictions based on their analyzes on 10 most important technological outlooks for the coming year. It was a great opportunity to get an up-to-date market overview, at the same time several important investors from the Central European region took part in the event which created a natural opportunity for professional networking.
